About the Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Process Improvement Specialist based in India to drive measurable operational efficiency across end-to-end processes. You will partner with operations QA IT and automation teams to identify waste implement data-driven improvements and institutionalise best practices that reduce cost and improve cycle time and quality.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping and diagnostic analysis to identify root causes bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC projects delivering measurable improvements in cycle time quality and cost.
• Develop and maintain clear process documentation (SOPs RACI SIPOC) and visual process maps for operations and stakeholders.
• Use process mining and analytics to prioritise interventions and validate impact; generate data-backed business cases.
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams to translate processes into RPA opportunities support pilots and measure bot performance.
• Design and deliver training governance and sustainment mechanisms to embed process standards and KPI tracking.
