As a Line Cook youll work closely with our Executive and Sous Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes maintain a well-organized kitchen and ensure every plate leaving the pass reflects our commitment to excellence. What Youll Do
- Set up and stock your station with fresh ingredients and supplies before each shift
- Prepare food items according to recipes and chefs specifications from sauces and sides to beautifully plated entrees
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently consistently and with outstanding quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your station and the kitchen
- Follow food safety sanitation and nutritional guidelines at all times
- Take initiative in restocking and inventory management
- Work with pride passion and professionalism because every guest deserves our best
What Were Looking For
- Proven cooking experience in a restaurant environment (Line Cook Prep Cook or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-energy environment
- A positive attitude great communication skills and a genuine love for food
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
