The opportunity:
This position will provide project management support to various projects in a highly dynamic environment for all aspects of engineering and design. This includes supporting engineers through development of test plans design reviews production build and assembly coordination quality assurance testing etc. The individual should have excellent communication skills and organizational ability.
How youll make an impact:
You will coordinate engineering resources (including but not limited to) external suppliers subcontractors consultants contract labor and other outside resources as necessary to complete assigned projects ensure all assigned projects are executed within budgeted cost on schedule and at expected quality levels.
You will be responsible for the completion of required documentation including meeting minutes status reports changing orders purchase order requests expense reports time sheets and other related correspondence.
You will assist with identifying scope changes and develop change proposals when appropriate manage internal client relationships ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded and interact directly with customers to ensure their needs are being addressed.
You will support the implementation of new technologies and processes by working closely with Operations/Manufacturing Engineering Quality Control Purchasing Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Maintenance Safety Environmental and other departments develop and implement programs to improve efficiencies reduce costs increase productivity and enhance quality resolve conflicts as they arise and facilitate team meetings as needed.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration Project Management Industrial Technology or equivalent.
Graduation date no sooner than May 2024.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Strong interpersonal organizational and leadership skills required.
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
