About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager to join our growing global project this role you will lead Agile software development projects ensuring smooth execution seamless client communication and strong team alignment with business goals. You will play an essential part in supporting Sunbytes international growth and operational excellence by driving collaboration across distributed teams in the US UK and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Technical Leader and Product Owner in managing the development team ensuring alignment with the clients vision mission and values.
Lead Agile & Scrum processes: facilitate sprints manage backlogs and track progress in Jira to ensure effective delivery.
Support the team by understanding technical challenges ensuring best practices and guiding informed decision-making.
Identify and mitigate risks early by addressing bottlenecks balancing trade-offs and maintaining project continuity.
Continuously improve workflows by refining Agile processes promoting collaboration and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

Technical skills:

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role in Agile software development teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies including sprint planning backlog management and Jira tracking.
Proven ability to optimize workflows and improve productivity within development teams.
Experience managing risk and issue tracking with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively.
Background in software development and technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Soft skills:

Proactive leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and empower teams in dynamic fast-changing environments.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal to ensure clear and transparent collaboration with global stakeholders.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills; experience working with international teams (US Europe Asia).
Open-minded adaptable and able to drive change while maintaining team alignment with client goals.
Collaborative and empathetic leadership style that encourages innovation ownership and continuous improvement.
