Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end product design across multiple product pods balancing discovery delivery and iteration.
- Translate complex trade and reconciliation data into intuitive visual workflows and interfaces.
- Apply design thinking to understand user pain points and drive adoption and engagement.
- Define and implement UI patterns for internal applications that balance clarity and efficiency.
- Explore and design AI-assisted experiences leveraging LLMs for data matching and user
- Manage design work in Figma maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency.
- Conduct UX QA to ensure a seamless high-quality experience.
- Lead client meetings clearly articulating design decisions and gathering feedback to guide direction.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders translating design strategy into business value.
Qualifications :
- 58 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex data-driven interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles design thinking UI patterns and accessibility standards.
- Experience designing for internal or enterprise applications and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to varying stages of product maturity.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and ability to translate them into practical design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design direction on a project.
- Experience with financial wealth management or regulatory environments is a nice to have.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team

Minimum 5 years of relevant product design experience.
