Pay: $22$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead the toddler classroom to ensure a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum designed to promote curiosity independence and social development.
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers modeling best classroom practices.
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and health and safety standards.
- ECE certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a toddler or preschool classroom (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Competitive pay: $22$23 per hour
