Job Summary
Our team is responsible for enabling multiple teams to efficiently deliver high-quality sophisticated systems by collaborating with various people to define system hardware features and schedule this role you will need to understand the complexities of hardware and software system development and be able to orchestrate all of it into a program plan and schedule that you then efficiently implement. You will lead program baseline and active investigations system schedule critical paths and technical risks. You will also be responsible for identifying and highlighting engineering risk areas partnering with engineering domain experts to develop mitigation paths forward and clearly communicating project status top issues and escalations to the project core team along with senior leadership.
- BS degree in Engineering required Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
- 1-4 years of project management experience
- Proven experience in Program Management or Hardware Engineering and leading multiple teams in new product development
- Directly led at least 2 product development cycles for a System with hardware and software integration involved
- Leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
