As a Neurologist with Rinvio Recruitment you will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating candidates for various neurology positions. You will utilize your expertise to ensure that we connect the best talent with healthcare organizations in need of qualified professionals. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care provided to patients across various facilities making this an essential role within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess candidates for neurology positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and medical assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs
- Provide expert insights on neurological practices and standards
- Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and placements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in neurology
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies for neurology professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and candidates
Requirements
- MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) with specialization in Neurology
- Associate level experience in neurology or a related field
- Strong understanding of neurological disorders and treatment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in evaluating medical candidates for clinical roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
Call: 1:4 weeknight beeper call and every 4th weekend
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
General neurology cases
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
