Job Summary

Location: Germany (remote-friendly)

Languages: Fluent German & English

OTE: 100k to 160k (50% base / 50% variable) depending on experience and performance

Focus: Strategic new business acquisition high-value deals


Coders Connect is partnering with a European SaaS leader thats undergoing major growth. As part of their commercial expansion theyre hiring Senior Account Executives to lead complex high-value sales into the DACH market. If youve got a proven track record in closing B2B SaaS deals and want to step into a role with clear growth strong leadership and a best-in-class product read on.


What youll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for new business across the DACH region (Germany is key)
  • Focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts with support from BDRs and marketing
  • Drive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders especially CFOs and finance leads
  • Conduct deep discovery position multi-product solutions and lead complex deal navigation
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and internal enablement teams to create customised pitches
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

Requirements

What were looking for

  • Fluent German and strong English
  • 5 years experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding high-value targets
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with deal sizes around 200k and sales cycles of 3 months
  • Confident polished communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings
  • High business acumen especially in relation to finance or accounting software

Nice to have

  • Background in finance economics or business
  • Experience selling CPM FP&A ERP or accounting tools
  • Familiar with Salesforce and structured sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC SPIN)
