Job Summary
The Home Care Recruiting & HR Manager at Sunlight Senior Care - Omaha plays a key role in attracting hiring and retaining top talent to provide exceptional care for our senior residents.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Manage employee relations payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Prior experience in recruitment and HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
$20.00 per hour paid weekly healthcare benefits paid time off and opportunities for growth and development
