The Home Care Recruiting & HR Manager at Sunlight Senior Care - Omaha plays a key role in attracting hiring and retaining top talent to provide exceptional care for our senior residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
  • Manage employee relations payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in recruitment and HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
