Job Summary
Were seeking a Production Technician/Operator to join a brand-new fully automated batch production and packaging this role youll focus on batch formulation quality control and process optimization. This hands-on position involves producing and testing batches to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards collaborating with R&D teams on formulations tracking inventory and troubleshooting manufacturing or lab equipment as needed. Youll oversee operations across the entire production line. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment working both independently and as part of a team to maintain consistent production quality and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing ideally out of batch production and packaging.
- Experience with laboratory testing methods equipment troubleshooting and process improvement is ideal.
- Forklift certification and strong communication skills; agricultural or crop protection industry experience a plus.
