TheAdult ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)role atJohns Hopkins Health Systemoffers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality compassionate care to patients in ourAdult Intensive Care Units (ICUs)andas neededIntermediate Care Units (IMCs) across the organization.

Youll have the opportunity to work across multiple Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs) including Medical Surgical Cardiovascular Neuro Cardiac and Oncology-focused ICUs gaining exposure to diverse patient populations while enhancing your critical care expertise.

The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. The RN requires adaptability expertise and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a nurse in our float pool you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. With passionate and driven leadership behind them our nurses can dedicate themselves to patient safety clinical excellence and life-long learning.

Who Should Apply:

• Education:Associate degree in Nursing required. Applicants with an associate degree must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years.
• Licensure:Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
• Certification:BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience:RN experience required.

Salary Range: Minimum$38.49/visit - Maximum$59.66/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
