Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple Public Safety technology projects.
Track progress manage risks and drive issue resolution.
Ensure deliverables meet requirements timelines and budgets.
Oversee testing phases milestones and acceptance criteria.
Improve efficiency and performance through practical solutions.
Prepare reports presentations and professional communications.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications
7 years of project management experience on large or high-profile initiatives.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Experience with business process software or hardware projects using Waterfall and/or Agile.
Strong documentation and SDLC management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Able to work on-site MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.4:00 p.m.
Additional Requirements
Must hold a current Project Program Portfolio or Agile Management certification (PMI).
Hybrid schedule: up to 2 remote days per week (approx. 40% remote). Fully remote work is not permitted.
