Position:BRANCH MANAGER
Location: Saline County Arkansas

What Were Looking For:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree preferred)
- Experience: 3 years of banking experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Skills:
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and meet sales goals
- Proficiency in Excel web-based technology strong analytical and problem-solving abilities excellent communication organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Service-oriented excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Location: Must be located within 30 miles of Saline County Arkansas or willing to relocate
Availability:
This full-time position typically operates Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility required to attend occasional after-hours community or business events.
