Cohesity is seeking a visionary leader to build and scale our AI Business Value Consulting practice. This role is dedicated to ensuring our customers discover realize and maximize value from Cohesitys AI-powered solutions. You will lead a team of Business Value Consultants who serve as trusted advisors helping enterprise customers understand and quantify the transformative impact of AI on their business outcomes.

About the Role

This is a unique leadership opportunity focused on customer success and value realization. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team that drives AI adoption through education advisory services and measurable business impact. Your team will work at the intersection of technology and business strategy helping customers understand how AI can reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) improve productivity enhance security posture and deliver competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build lead and mentor a team of AI Business Value Consultants dedicated to customer success

  • Foster a culture of customer obsession consultative excellence and continuous learning

  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for demonstrating and measuring AI business value

  • Align team objectives with customer outcomes and company strategic goals

Customer Value Realization

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders on AI-driven business transformation

  • Guide customers through value discovery business case development and ROI measurement

  • Engage deeply with strategic accounts to ensure successful AI adoption and expansion

  • Educate customers on how AI integrates with their IT and cybersecurity environments to deliver productivity and TCO benefits

  • Develop and deliver executive-level value assessments business case analyses and success metrics

Strategic Advisory & Enablement

  • Create tools frameworks and resources that enable customers to quantify AI business impact

  • Work with customers to identify use cases that deliver the highest business value

  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term strategic relationships through value-focused engagement

  • Ensure customers can articulate the business value of Cohesitys AI solutions to their stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales teams to support customer conversations with value-based insights and business justification

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate customer value insights into compelling messaging and positioning

  • Work with Product teams to provide customer feedback on AI capabilities value drivers and market needs

  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions about AI strategy and roadmap priorities

Thought Leadership

  • Think strategically about how AI creates business value across different industries and use cases

  • Build and convey compelling value propositions tailored to customer business objectives

  • Develop best practices for measuring and communicating AI business outcomes

  • Represent customer value perspectives in strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in business value consulting customer success or advisory roles in software cloud or SaaS markets

  • Proven success engaging with C-level executives and building business cases for technology investments

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications across IT infrastructure and cybersecurity

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing customer-facing teams

  • Track record of developing frameworks and methodologies for measuring business value and ROI

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors including a candidates skills qualifications and experience location and salary expectations and therefore a starting salary at the low end high end or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation commission (if in a sales function) and/or equity grants. Additionally full-time employees are eligible to participate in ourcomprehensive benefits framework including health and wellness benefits vacation paid holidays and refresh days 401(k) retirement plan life and disability insurance coverages and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$308000.00-$385000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
