JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant works within the Family Connects Program providing administrative support by maintaining visit scheduling and conducting post-visit connection phone calls with clients to monitor customer satisfaction and track referral outcomes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support for nursing programs.
- Completes accurate and timely program scheduling activities.
- Evaluates program satisfaction and client connection to resources through postvisit connection calls (PVCs). Provides additional resource support to families during PVC calls as needed.
- Assists with supplemental data reports outside of the Family Connects database as needed.
- Maintains program supplies and clinical records.
- Attends agency staff and department meetings supervision and other required meetings. Participates in quality improvement activities.
- Consistently follows The Parent Child Centers policies and procedures and program protocols.
- Demonstrates the agencys values of compassion respect learning adaptability and achievement.
- Works well with culturally diverse communities and families and is culturally sensitive to families and their needs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Coordinator or Director of Nursing.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent oral communication and written skills.
- Excellent ability to establish rapport with professionals and clients.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
