About the Role

The Product Owner End User Platforms (EUP) leads the delivery maintenance and continuous improvement of RMITs end-user technology environment.
Youll manage key services including Microsoft Intune SCCM JAMF Ivanti Neurons Citrix DaaS and related platforms ensuring they are reliable secure and optimised to support exceptional digital experiences for our staff and students.

Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams youll define product roadmaps prioritise enhancements and lead an agile delivery capability that ensures RMITs technology ecosystem continues to evolve with user and organisational needs.

About You

Demonstrated ability to manage infrastructure and/or application engineering teams
Strong background in defining and delivering technology roadmaps within complex environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ITIL Service Management and Agile project delivery
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
ITIL Foundation and Agile certifications (preferred)
