Job Summary
We are Tasmanians who proudly operate Hadleys Orient Hotel and The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel featuring over 300 accommodation rooms with a variety of food and beverage outlets and a long history of providing warm hospitality. The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel is a multiple award-winning accommodation hotel. We are conveniently located near Hobarts CBD and famous waterfront offering 242 hotel rooms and spacious apartments along with a restaurant bar and a comprehensive range of meeting and event facilities. Our vision is to provide our guests with unique Tasmanian hospitality experiences enjoyed and recommended by all.
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our friendly and professional Front Office team. This position is offered at Hospitality Industry (General) Award wage level 5.
Previous experience in customer service and leading a team is essential and experience with a range of Property Management Systems will be highly regarded in particular Infor HMS. Flexibility is crucial as you will be working a rotating roster with shifts including weekdays weekends and public holidays.
