Position Summary:
The licensed therapist will be responsible for delivering rehabilitative or respiratory therapy to patients recovering from illness or injury in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Document patient progress and communicate with families as appropriate
Follow all hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards
Safely manage and maintain therapy equipment and tools
Qualifications:
Active Florida state license in relevant discipline (PT / OT / RT / SLP)
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year
