Signia by Hilton Atlanta - is looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Coordinator to join the team!
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience with At least 1-year previous administrative experience Strong organizational skills and Food and Beverage and/or hotel experience a plus
Shift Pattern: The ideal candidate must have open availability/ Typical shift hours will be 9:00AM 5:00PM (Monday through Friday). The schedule is based on business demands and hours may fluctuate requiring flexibility.
Pay Rate:$23.00 per hour

What will l be doing
- Greet and assist guests responding to requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
- Perform word-processing typing e-mailing data entry filing faxing copying processing mail and taking notes or dictation.
- Answer telephones and expedite correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements for department staff.
- Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed.
- Offer administrative support to department staff including maintaining calendars handling mail managing correspondence and organizing BEOs and meetings.
- Coordinate and implement departmental activities and projects as assigned.
- Assist in servicing clients when necessary. Process invoices and manage expense reports.
- Close POS systems at the end of shifts. Create and edit menus as required.
- Adjust time entries to ensure accuracy.
- Manage group catering requests and assist the Restaurant Sales Manager.
