Work Agreement:

• Shift: 12 hour shifts. Rotating day/night
• Weekend Rotation: every third weekend
• Holiday Rotation: two holidays per year
• On-Call Expectations: none

What Were Looking For (Your Superpowers!):

• Education:A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred we love nurses who are committed to advanced learning!
• Licensure:Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience:While we empower new grads with incredible starting wages we especially value those withat least two (2) years of clinical experiencein a relevant specialty area.
• Certification:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
• Skills That Shine:Exceptional organizational skills strong clinical acumen adaptability and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration.
