In this role youll play a key part in Convatec working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation collaboration and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design fundamental to advance educational programs with Hospitals and societies by working with education management team to develop educational tools needed for training patients families and different stage of the healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with marketing/sales team to influence societies formulating guidelines in wound care and ostomy.

• Develop training workshops to deploy in societies with after research of potential institutional clients who could benefit from the implementation of the OC and WC program to identify business opportunities with the commercial team.

• Develop educational materials and presentations to be used in various educational events.

• Provide guidance and support to clients (doctors nurses etc.) in the assigned area or according to business needs.

• Develop and advise on clinical cases as well as technical education projects with business impact.

• Identify the need for new technical concepts to be developed and communicated to the sales team.

• Responsible for implementing technical training with clients in the assigned area.

• Plan lead and supervise the operation of the companys ostomy care (OC) and wound care (WC) program.

• Ensure follow-up and traceability of the OC and WC program in terms of its impact on patients healthcare professionals health insurance entities and the companys interests. Generate reports.

• Support the sales force in presenting the program to interested clients.

• Schedule periodic follow-up meetings with each of the clients in the OC and WC program.

• Actively collaborate with the marketing management team in generating the necessary tools to promote the OC and WC program to different types of clients (brochures starter kits booklets documents cards etc.).

• Plan activities with ostomy and wound patients and healthcare professionals to foster closer relationships between them and the company.

• Provide support in the launch of products for ostomy and wound patients.

• Actively participate in patient associations

About You

To be successful you will:

• 5-7 years in healthcare industry with 2 years of experience of designing educational programs in healthcare sector

• Nursing professional title (preferably specialist) with 2 years of practical experience in patient care.

• In-depth knowledge of Convatec products and services. 3 to 5 years of experience in wound and ostomy care (preferred)

• Proven ability to work independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of the healthcare and medical devices industry

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask under pressure

• Ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders

• Strong numerical analytical and communication skills (Excel communication applications etc.)

• Proven ability in developing and delivering educational programs

• Demonstrated ability to identify needs problem solving/conflict resolution skills and propose solutions

• Experience in group management and public speaking

• Recognized time management and planning skills

• Ability to understand new concepts / strategies quickly and to communicate and apply knowledge / strategies in order to add value

• Intermediate level of English
