Responsibilities :

• Expertise in multiple ServiceNow Applications
• ITSM (Incident Problem Request Change) Employee Centre Virtual Agent
• HR Service Delivery
• ServiceNow CMDB configuration
• Workflow / Flow Designer Configuration
• Integrations and IntegrationHub
• Employee Center Configuration
• Data loads / transform maps
• Deployment via update sets and unit testing
• Delivery of technical documentation
• ServiceNow Architecture
• MID server implementation and configuration experienc
• Scripting(JavaScript/REST)
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
• SDLC and associated methodologies followed
• Issues resolved or escalated in a timely manner in alignment with SL
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts code comments and clear code.
• Ensure customer impacts are assessed and addressed in the design and delivery of solutions
• Proactively build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyse business requirements design and implement solutions
• Complete impact analysis determine test coverage requirements
• Ensure appropriate support to the end users during UAT and Postproduction Testing.
• Perform implementation handover and support activities as required

Work Experience:

• Experience with Yokohama / Zurich is preferred must be a qualified ServiceNow System Admin and hold at least one Implementation or Application Developer Certification
• Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes
• Relational database and SQL development experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Knowledge of any of the following would be beneficial: IT Operations Management Security Operations Integrated Risk Management or Software Asset Management Pro
