Position Summary:The organization is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy to lead clinical pharmacy services and optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients within acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinical pharmacy operations and formulary management
Collaborate with medical and nursing teams on medication therapy initiatives
Ensure compliance with state/federal pharmacy regulations and hospital policies
Provide staff education and support cost-containment strategies
Manage departmental performance metrics and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

Active Florida Pharmacist license required
Minimum 3 year of clinical pharmacy leadership experience in an acute care setting
PharmD preferred
