This is not your average warehouse job. Youll be moving real furniture heavy quality pieces in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment whereyour effort directly determines your pay. If you take pride in strength consistency and performance youll fit right in.

• $14.50/hr base pay performance incentive pay

• Average $17$23/hrfor team members consistently hitting30 pieces per hour

• Top performers earn more your results drive your rewards

• MondayFriday 4:30 AM 1:00 PM(start early finish early afternoons free!)

• Pull and move furniture (some up to 300 lbs)using cherry pickers and hand trucks

• Work efficiently tohit or exceed 30 PPHperformance goals

• Accurately verify item and quantity for each pull

• Keep your work area clean organized and safe

• Communicate clearly with team leads and peers to keep orders flowing

• Follow all safety procedures we work hard and smart

This is ahands-on physical role. Youll be on your feet moving lifting and producing results every day. Its demanding and thats exactly why its rewarding.

• Dependable attendance our team counts on you to be ready at 4:30 AM sharp

• Physical strength and stamina daily lifting and maneuvering of heavy items
