About the role
At Sportsbet we move fast think big and make bold moves. Our Program Analyst will play a key role in keeping some of our most strategic programs on track ensuring every milestone dollar and data point counts. This is your chance to combine sharp analytical skills with real impact in a team that thrives on collaboration curiosity and a touch of competitive spirit.
What youll be doing
Youll be the engine behind our program delivery turning data into decisions actions into outcomes and insights into impact.
Youll:
- Keep our Plan-on-a-Page accurate and up to date tracking milestones dependencies and actions like a pro.
- Monitor progress highlight risks and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Translate complex data into clear actionable insights through BI tools and dashboards.
- Support program governance and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
- Help track budgets forecast spend and keep financials squeaky clean.
- Partner with program and finance leaders to drive smarter faster more informed decisions.
What were looking for
Youre detail-driven data-savvy and thrive in the buzz of program delivery. You know your way around spreadsheets reports and conversations that get things done.
Youll bring:
- Strong analytical chops with advanced Excel and BI tool experience (Power BI Tableau etc.).
- Working knowledge of Jira for data extraction and reporting.
- A knack for simplifying complexity and presenting insights with clarity and confidence.
- Experience in PMO or program governance environments (bonus points if youve done both!).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Project Management Data Analytics or similar.
Certifications like PRINCE2 or PMP Nice to have but not essential were more interested in your mindset and momentum.
