Description
Fully reusable launch vehicles are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. Building a fully reusable launch system with a small team requires high levels of ownership and accountability. This is the key to Stokes success.
Whether you are a structures RE turbopump RE machinist welder test RE integration technician or Stage RE you need to understand how your work fits into the larger company products and own the execution of the tasks assigned to them. This includes knowing where your ownership ends and where someone elses starts ensuring minimal overlap and no gaps.
As a Stage Integration RE at Stoke you are responsible for the technical and programmatic execution for all pre-ship integration and test operations of the stage. You will be expected to fully understand and own the stages integration from design through end of life and will work with all subsystems to ensure the stage is fully functional. There are no fences and accountability ultimately lies with the RE who owns the technical scope and programmatic execution at each level of the product.
