Travel RN Labor & Delivery (L&D RN)
Location: Watsonville CA
Type: Contract
Shift: Nights 3x12-hour shifts
Pay Rate(Travel): Up to $3300/Week

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel RN Labor & Deliveryfor an exciting job in Watsonville CA.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.
Precept and mentor new staff and nursing students as needed.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Active California RN license (required).
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience in an acute care setting.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required before orientation completion
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) required
