With a network of branches across the UK Mears has been providing housing with care support services since 1994.
We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.
As a large provider of social care services Mears works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.
We are Mears Supported Living Ltd providing a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes.
About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator you will be an exceptional leader the mark of your success is to make a positive difference to peoples lives. You will spend each day assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Support Services business and participate as required in multi-disciplinary assessment of service user needs.
The successful Care Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring all care plans are reviewed on a 6 monthly basis spot checks are completed on a 3 monthly basis staff are reviewed quarterly and staff annual appraisals are completed.
This is an office-based role in Wishaw and you will be required to commute to services in and around Wishaw and Coatbridge. You will be able to claim millage when out completing any reviews at 25p per mile from office to service user and back to the office.
