Job Summary

Were looking for casual Disability Support Workers to join our cluster of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. Locations include:

  • Campbelltown
  • Eaglevale
  • Mt Annan

This role is best suited to versatile Support Workers who:

  • Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients day to day routines goals and interests.
  • Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
  • Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Demonstrate resilience adaptability and a commitment to delivering consistent safe person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments.
  • Thrive in encouraging capacity building helping clients develop skills such as hygiene safe relationships domestic duties using public transport and community participation.
  • Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing!
We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work AM/PM and sleepover shifts.

Some of our requirements:

We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however whats important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include mornings (6am-2pm) afternoons (2pm-10pm) active nights (10pm-6am) and SO shifts.
