Stanton & Bowery Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our premier bar and nightlife venues in New York City. This role requires a leader who is detail-oriented operationally driven and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bar and front-of-house operations ensuring efficiency and service excellence
Recruit train schedule and lead staff to uphold company standards
Oversee inventory ordering vendor relations and cost controls
Monitor and enforce compliance with health safety and licensing regulations
Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute promotions events and strategic initiatives
Deliver strong guest relations ensuring concerns are resolved quickly and professionally
Track sales labor and performance metrics to meet and exceed operational goals

Qualifications:

23 years of bar or hospitality management experience (NYC high-volume experience preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills in fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits and bar program management
Proficiency with POS systems scheduling and operational reporting
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
