Job Summary
Whats the role
As a Business Home Lending Manager based in Fremantle or Perth you will work closely with our Relationship Managers in the Westpacs business segment as a key specialist and home lending expert helping clients access tailored home loan solutions in line with their growth strategies.
This is a customer-facing role where youll engage with clients bankers brokers and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience. Referrals come directly from Relationship Managers allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering great outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing team while helping to drive success for our Commercial Customers.
What do I need
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in customer-facing home lending roles. Experience working with business and commercial banking clients will be highly regarded. Youll be someone who thrives on building relationships exceeding customer expectations and achieving results. Your strong commercial acumen ability to manage detail and exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills will set you up for success in this dynamic fast-paced role.
