Role Details:
Based at Visy BevCans Clayton site this hands-on full-time role has national responsibility across our beverage can manufacturing operations where youll be active on the shop floor and provide real-time continuous improvement coaching. Reporting to the Head of Engineering - Beverage Cans you will champion lean manufacturing Six Sigma and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in efficiency quality safety and sustainability. Youll work closely with site teams technical experts and leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
