At Upstream Data our Parts & Inventory team is the heartbeat of production. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment enjoys variety and can keep our parts and projects running like clockwork.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Pulling and preparing build kits for fabrication welding electrical machining and mechanical teams.
- Organizing labeling and storing parts so everythings easy to find.
- Receiving and tracking incoming materials.
- Helping keep our inventory system accurate and efficient (SAP experience is a bonus).
- Working closely with multiple departments to make sure parts are where they need to be when they need to be there.
- Running the occasional materials pickup and helping out wherever needed.
What You Bring:
- 13 years of experience in parts coordination inventory or warehouse operations.
- Strong organization skills and an eye for detail (you notice when one washer is missing).
- Familiarity with mechanical electrical or fabrication parts.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
- Class 5 drivers license required; trailer experience is a plus.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude good communication skills and a willingness to lend a hand.
