MŌ TĒNEU TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa were passionate about delivering high-quality accessible sexual and reproductive health services. Were looking for an experienced and confident people leader to oversee the daily operations and development of clinics in Auckland Tauranga Hamilton and New Plymouth. This role is based in our Newmarket clinic with some travel across the region required to maintain strong relationships and visibility across all sites.
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for supporting clinic teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Youll play a key role in ensuring our services are efficient compliant and aligned with our strategic priorities for equitable access to our services.
You will be supported by a newly established Clinic Administrator position allowing you to focus on leadership workforce development and regional oversight while ensuring administrative tasks are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure services are designed to respond to the diverse needs of our community focusing on improving equitable access.
We are looking for a highly organised client and people-centric energetic person. You will have the ability to use your judgement and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions quickly in reactive situations. To be successful in this role you will have strong relationship building skills and be able to effectively lead people remotely as well as in person.
