- Leads discovery sessions with insurers agents and partners to understand policy billing claims security and UI/UX requirements.
- Tailorsintegration designs to customer workflows ensuring solutions enhance the overall policyholder experience.
- Establishes responsive communication loops with stakeholders to refine integration requirements and improve future standards.
- Builds trust with technical and business stakeholders by delivering clear explanations recommendations and documentation.
- Designs modern secure cloud-based integration architecturesleveragingAPIs SSO identity management and EBPP platform capabilities.
- Continuously enhances integration frameworks to reflect platform enhancements and emerging best practices.
- Leverages tools like Postman Swagger Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate specification drafting test case creation and solution validation.
- Applies creativity to resolve integration constraints across insurance cores middleware platforms and customer environments.
- Builds reusable standard integrations for Guidewire Duck Creek MajescoInsurity and other leading insurance systems to improve delivery speed and consistency.
- Identifiesand mitigates integration risks early reducing rework and time-to-value.
- Collaborates with Project Managers Integration Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure clear scopeaccurateestimates and efficient delivery.
- Maintains clear architectural diagrams workflow specifications and integration documentation to support sustainable implementations.
- Leads complex integrations with minimal oversight driving solution quality from design through testing and deployment.
- Provides hands-on support during build test and validation ensuring the delivered solution aligns precisely with the defined architecture.
- Maintains and enhances existing integrations based on platform upgrades and evolving customer requirements.
- Operates with strong judgment and autonomy coordinating across customers partners and internal teams to deliver durable outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field
- Deep understanding of insurance policy billing and claims lifecycles and related digital payment processes
- 4 years of experience in SaaS integrations consulting software development or technical sales in the insurance/financial services sector
- Strong Guidewire experience highly preferred (PolicyCenterBillingCenterClaimCenter)
- Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of data integration formats (JSON XML SQL SFTP)
- Development experience in Python Java ( a plus)
- Familiarity with identity frameworks such as SSO SAML and OAuth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Base salary is onecomponentof total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
