• A highly organized professional with57 years of experiencein financial analysis governance reporting or PMO functions (minimum 3 years in a large enterprise environment).
• Skilled inExcel Power Query PivotTables advanced formulas (XLOOKUP SUMIFS INDEX/MATCH) and data modeling.
• Proficient inPower BI connecting datasets designing dashboards and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.
• Experienced inPowerPoint creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact.
• Comfortable collaborating inMicrosoft Teams and SharePoint managing documents meetings and stakeholder communications globally.
• Experienced withMicrosoft Copilot (M365) using AI to summarize data automate reporting and enhance productivity.
• Strong inproject and deliverable management able to plan track and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles.
• A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative fast-moving environment and values quality accountability and data accuracy.

• Developexecutive-ready PowerPoint presentationswith data-driven insights and clear decision points.
• UseCopilotto summarize data create visuals and generate structured meeting summaries.
• Coordinateexecutive governance meetings scheduling agendas data validation pre-reads and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Maintaindata integrity version control and governance trackingacross multiple programs and regions.
• Collaborate with Finance Engineering and PMO teams to align reporting structures and enhance visibility.
• Continuously refine reporting processes for efficiency clarity and automation.
