Job Summary

Provide professional massage therapy services to clients and maintaining spa standards throughout the treatment. Assist with training therapists on new services and products used during services. Always maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and prep rooms in a professional manner to enhance the operation and guest experience.

Train therapists on new services and products offered.

Work closely with Spa Manager and Hotel Director to stay on top of massage trends and new services for clients. Be the liaison between massage therapists and spa manager

Take lead when spa manager is unavailable

Coach therapists for success and hold accountable for failing to follow policy and procedures

Greet clients in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocol/procedures. Possess thorough knowledge of various services products and benefits of the services offered.

Maintain professional demeanor and conduct with guests at all times.

Upsell guests on add-on options for services.

Report service issues immediately.

Assist in other areas of the spa as needed including reception spa attendant duties and retail areas.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Must have and maintain a current state license in Massage Therapy.

Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu services.

Must have experience in product retailing.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
