In this role you will:
- Develop implement and monitor positive behavior support systems tailored to individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct clinical services coaching and consultation to staff.
- Partner with individuals and families to foster independence productivity and community connection.
- Collaborate as a member of our interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure best-practice services.
- Services are provided in accordance with Dungarvin policies and procedures state federal and BCBA guidelines available research evidence on effective practices and all applicable contractual obligations.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role youll need to meet the following:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or related field.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Commitment to maintaining active BCBA certification.
- Ability to travel 25% to Vacaville and Fairfield CA
- Ability to travel 50% between Southern California Day Programs including Long Beach Norwalk and Signal Hill
- Ability to provide remote support to the Northern California Day Programs
