To provide timely and accurate wage and salary analysis of the applicable local regional and national health care markets in order to establish and maintain competitive salary structures within Cook Childrens Health Care System. Duties include job documentation job evaluation job description administration/maintenance and salary administration. This position is also responsible for database administration query and report writing functions.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum 1 year experience in compensation administration healthcare experience preferred.
Must have intermediate skills in Excel.
