A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Clerk:

Start your day with breathtaking mountain views as you head to the lodge. As a Front Desk Clerk youll greet guests manage check-ins and check-outs and provide information about the lodge and surrounding area. During breaks take advantage of ski-in ski-out access and hit the slopes. After your shift unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Clerk:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

What youll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Front desk operations and guest service protocols
• Reservation systems and hotel policies
• Safety and emergency procedures
• Local information about the Alta Ski Area and surrounding attractions

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area offering unparalleled ski-in ski-out access
