Job Summary
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant (Senior)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Local preferred; non-local must relocate Day 1 Type: Contract (New Implementation)
Required
- 10 yrs Systems Analyst/Developer; 3 yrs Oracle HCM (Core HR Payroll TA TM Benefits Retirement)
- 7 yrs: 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Core HR Payroll OGL)
- 7 yrs: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) inbound/outbound integrations
- 7 yrs: OTBI & BIP report development
- 5 yrs: SQL/PL/SQL
- 3 yrs: Training & mentoring teams
Highly Desired
- 3 yrs: Python
- JavaScript XML Web Services HDL HCM Extracts Fast Formulas Page Composer
Must-Have Experience
- RICEW design (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Workflows)
- BRD creation solution blueprints data conversions
- OIC BIP OTBI HCM Extracts HDL UCM MFT
- Page personalization (Sandbox Redwood) approval workflows custom roles
- Leading on-prem to Fusion conversions cutover post-go-live support
- Quarterly update management & adoption
