Job Summary
The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing implementing and overseeing complex solutions using Salesforce Platform products and Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity). This role requires deep technical expertise in architecture integration and customization of Salesforce. The architect works closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and high-performance Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions ensuring best practices scalability and performance.
- Document technical architectures system integrations data models and solution components.
- Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) prototypes to complement defined technical architectures ensuring proper development configuration and deployment of required applications and components within Salesforce.
- Guide and support project teams in implementing best practices coding standards and reusable assets.
- Provide guidance and support for platform configuration and administration.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Conduct technical assessments and reviews.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform features releases and trends.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 5 years in Salesforce technology.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture development and integration (Platform Sales and Service).
- Experience in the Telecommunications sector using Salesforce products.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture sharing models visibility rules and platform limits.
- Proven experience in platform configuration security and performance optimization.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. Certified Technical Architect Application Architect System Architect) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Field Service and Industries Cloud is a plus.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
