Job Summary
ITTF Iberian is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of companys functions with a strong focus on efficiency proximity agility and time-to-market. Main Tasks:
- Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots environment
- Escalate and follow-up RPA Production infrastructure issues
- Maintain an updated set of relevant procedures that support the activity
- Develop relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established procedures
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Application support experience (3 years)
- Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)
- Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus
Language Skills:
- Good level in English is required (speaking reading and writing)
- French is a plus
