Job Summary
Design and validate material solutions aligned with product and process requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of materials.
Conduct testing analysis and benchmarking to optimize material performance and cost.
Lead or contribute to technical projects at local and global levels.
Document and share results through reports technical notes and databases ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Profile Sought:
Bachelors Masters or equivalent in Chemistry Materials Science Chemical Engineering Polymer Science or related field.
Initial experience (internship project or professional) in R&D for materials composites or polymers.
Leadership communication organizational
Self-motivated intellectually curious adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
