What Youll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service to employees across all their workplace needs
• Managing employee queries with speed accuracy and genuine care
• Supporting key employee milestones from onboarding to career transitions
• Working with innovative systems to streamline processes and improve experiences
• Collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges and implement improvements
• Contributing to projects that shape how we support our people

Location: We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. Thats why we work in-person with each other or with customers and partners three days a week or more. When youre not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces like at conference you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.

The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in Milton Park Oxfordshire to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
