Your tasks:
- Administration and implementation of reporting tax and internal control systems
- Accounting & statutory reporting as well as consolidation responsibility within the kununu group
- Accounting responsibility (general ledger accounts payable & receivable banks)
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the closing and consolidation process as well as tax processes
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to produce consistent and dependable financial data
- Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities while adhering to legal requirements
- Coordinate external partners (e.g. tax advisors auditors and banks) as well as internal departments
- Further development of existing and future employees
- Establish robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure data integrity
Your skills:
- Graduate degree in finance business admin. accounting or a comparable field
- Experience of leadership in finance roles
- Progressive experience in business and personnel management functions with a minimum of 10 years
- Extensive experience in accounting and tax management with proficiency in HGB and IFRS standards
- Strong business orientation ability to understand and explain business results and translate them into financial consequences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insight.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills capable of working collaboratively across functions
