Job Summary
- You support the development of a modular training concept for SAP processes
- You contribute to the design of interactive and playful training methods for example through process simulations or spatial concepts
- You visualize and represent data and material flows along end-to-end processes
- You participate in the conception of a physical training center with a focus on sales-to-site processes
- You coordinate with specialist departments to integrate relevant process content
- You document and present conceptual ideas and implementation proposals
- You also have the opportunity to write a project bachelors or masters thesis as part of this position
Qualifications :
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study such as Business Informatics Business Administration Engineering or Instructional Design
- You ideally have initial experience with SAP or a strong interest in ERP systems
- You are interested in topics such as process management training and digitalization
- You have creativity and conceptual thinking skills for developing innovative training formats
- You are able to present complex processes in a clear and comprehensible way
- You are characterized by strong communication skills and enjoy working in a global team
- You work independently in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You have good command of written and spoken German and English
