Job Summary
- Develop and optimize complex T-SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple databases using joins and grouping techniques.
- Design create and maintain complex parameterized SSIS packages including managing transactions and generating configuration scripts for deployments.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports using stored procedures ensuring proper formatting and delivery through standard and data-driven subscriptions.
- Utilize source control systems for code versioning including branching merging and shelving strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation for database objects processes packages and reports in accordance with internal standards.
- Apply SQL Server cumulative updates and ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards.
- Adhere to internal policies procedures and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in database development.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications
- Microsoft certifications related to database development are preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written B2-C1).
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in:
- T-SQL SSIS and SSRS
- Object-Oriented Design Functional Programming Unit Testing
- Software design patterns data encapsulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations.
