Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage
Responsable for internal and external hires
Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process
Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Maintaining accurate data in our ATS (SmartRecruiters BoondManager)
Collaborating with our European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices
Qualifications :
23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch are a plus)
Hands-on proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced international environment
Familiarity with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus)
